Favorite Book Series

I have always engoyed reading the Nancy Drew books because Nancy, the main character, is a strong, beautiful, independant woman, who is very smart and not afraid to step outside of her comfort zone to help those around her. She will risk her life to solve a mystery not because it involves friends or family, just because she it is what she loves to do. Reading these books forces me to think outside of the box in order to solve the mystery before the end of the book. I always feel like my brain is being worked, and I love knowing that at any second something could happen that will totally change the outcome. I hope that Carolyn Keene, the author of this series, continues to write great mystery novels for people to enjoy through many generations.
