The future is here! Print 3D objects of plastic using our Makerbot  Replicator 2 3D printer. Learn how to download pre-made 3D models from the internet, and to make your very own 3D models using computer software including TinkerCAD.

Printmaking

Printmaking workshops based in the paper arts. Covering the fundamentals of monoprinting as well as relief printmaking with linoleum and woodblock. Several different ways to hand-bind books and journals will also be taught, and combined with the printmaking and letterpress printing.

Hello everyone, especially the teens of the HYPE Center. My name is Barbara Parker and I am the new Teen Specialist for this department. I can't begin to tell everyone how happy I am to be here working with the teens at the Detroit Public Library. I know that many of you are anxious to get more involved in what is going on in HYPE, and that is what I am here to do. Please come in and let me know what you want ,for this is your place to be. Join the Teen Advisory Board so that we can bring your wishes and desires into reality. The Makerspace program is designed to inspire youthful learners to pursue science, technology, engineering, and math disciplines by creating fun, hands-on learning opportunities. They will make projects with their hands that will inspire their creativity and interest in these STEM-related fields.

Cardfight!! Vanguard Summary

The protagonist of this story, Sendo Aichi, is a timid boy in his third year of middle school. He had been living his life looking backward rather than forward, trying not to stand out. However, he had one thing that kept him going - the "Blaster Blade," a card from a card game that was given to him when he was little. That card is the reason why he begins to engage in Card Fights, something that changes his life drastically. The name of the card game is "Vanguard." The game takes place in a different planet called "Klay," and due to a never before seen play system, it becomes popular throughout the world.

Fairy Tail Summary

A young celestial mage, Lucy Heartfilia, runs away from home and travels to the land of Fiore to join the magical Fairy Tail Guild. Along the way, she meets Natsu Dragneel, a teenage boy looking for his foster parent, a dragon named Igneel, with his best friend, Happy the cat. Shortly after their meeting, Lucy is abducted by Bora of Prominence, who was posing as Salamander of Fairy Tail, to be sold as a slave. Natsu rescues her and reveals that he is the real Salamander of fairy tail and has the skills of a Dragon Slayer, an ancient fire magic. He offers her membership into the guild, which she gladly accepts, they along with Erza Scarlet -Armored maiden, Gray Fullbuster -Ice Maker, and Happy become a team performing various missions offered to the Fairy Tail guild.

Black Rock Shooter (2012) Summary

Anime Un-Go summary

Shinj?r? Y?ki and Inga work together to solve mysteries in a near future timeline. This episode will depict the protagonists Shinj?r? and Inga's first encounter. The story is based on the works of Ango Sakaguchi (Aoi Bungaku Series' "In the Forest, Under Cherries in Full Bloom"), a post-World War II Japanese novel and essayist.

ranma 1/2 summary

Ranma 1/2 revolves around a 16-year old boy named Ranma Saotome who was trained from early childhood in martial arts. As a result of an accident during a training journey, he is cursed to become a girl when splashed with cold water, but hot water will change him back into a boy. Don't let the animation discourage you it was made a long time ago so let it slide. This show is very fun to watch and the first anime I ever finished that was over 100 episodes. I highly recommend this for those who want to see something while waiting for another show. Ranma 1/2 is very random and ecchi.

Anime Inazuma Eleven summary

The main character, Endou Mamoru, is a very talented goalkeeper and the grandson of one of the strongest goalkeepers in Japan, who died before he was born. Even though his skills are incredible his school lacks a real soccer club as the 6 other members don't appear very interested even in training. But as soon as a mysterious forward called Gouenji moves to Endou's town, the young goalkeeper sets out to find and recruit members for his soccer team. There are nearly 1000 playable characters with varying skills that will determine the success of the team.

persona 4 summary

Persona 4: The Animation is a television anime adaptation of the game Persona 4 made by AIC ASTA. and is overseen by Aniplex. It uses the same characters and setting as its inspiration. Additionally, Shigenori Soejima and Shoji Meguro, the original's art director and composer, respectively, are said to return in their former roles.

Anime Boku Ha Tomodachi Ga Sukunai summary

Hasegawa Kodaka has transferred schools, and he's having a hard time making friends. It doesn't help that his blond hair tends to make people think he's a delinquent. One day, he runs into his bad-tempered solitary classmate Yozora while she's talking animatedly to her imaginary friend Tomo. Favorite Book Series

I have always engoyed reading the Nancy Drew books because Nancy, the main character, is a strong, beautiful, independant woman, who is very smart and not afraid to step outside of her comfort zone to help those around her. She will risk her life to solve a mystery not because it involves friends or family, just because she it is what she loves to do. Reading these books forces me to think outside of the box in order to solve the mystery before the end of the book. I always feel like my brain is being worked, and I love knowing that at any second something could happen that will totally change the outcome. I hope that Carolyn Keene, the author of this series, continues to write great mystery novels for people to enjoy through many generations.
